I contracted Affordable Garage Door Service originally to repair a garage door opener that was malfunctioning. Mike, the owner of the company came out himself for the service call and diagnosed that the circuit board was defective. So the job turned into an installation of 2 new garage door openers. Jace the installer then came out to do the installation. Jace was a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and just the nicest young man you would ever want to meet. Jace discovered there was a wiring issue, no problem, he was able to shift and handle it and keep the job moving. I requested moving the one old garage door opener that was still operational to our third bay, no problem, whatever we needed Affordable Garage Door was able to handle. Mike and AGDS stuck with our service until I was completely satisfied. I don't often write reviews, but this was absolutely one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Owner arrived on time and actually arrived prior to the window given which I really appreciated. Purchased garage door a few years ago from Overhead Door. The rubber seal at bottom of door wasn't installed properly, contacted the company who did send out a repair person three occasions but it continued to move/slide.
Called Affordable receiving a timely response. Scheduled in two days, arrived with the correct threshold size.

I called in for a service because my garage wasn't going down all the time. When the tech came out to look at the door, it was a simple fix on the garage laser eye. The tech simply adjusted it and told me my garage door does not need servicing. He did not charge me anything, he was very honest I wish other maintenance companies were as honest.. I would highly recommend Mike from Affordable Garage Door Service. He was very professional, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced! I backed into my garage door and it bent the bottom metal piece of the garage door and knocked it off track. He had it fixed within minutes of arriving. He was even able to straighten the metal so I didn't have to replace that piece.
